Maintaince Technical

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery, including CNC machines, laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, press brakes, and other equipment used in steel factories. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex machinery and possess strong technical skills. Experience in the Gulf region and proficiency in English are advantageous. Key Responsibilities: • Install and commission industrial machinery, ensuring proper setup and alignment. • Conduct initial testing and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates correctly. • Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute installation projects. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, press brakes, and other industrial equipment. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery. • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams regarding machinery operation and maintenance. • Assist in training operators and other technicians on proper use and maintenance of equipment. • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company quality standards and safety regulations. • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safe operation of machinery. • Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed. • Quickly and effectively troubleshoot machinery issues to minimize production interruptions. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex technical problems. • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to analyze equipment performance and identify root causes of issues. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, reports, and documentation. • Report any major issues or concerns to the Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager. • Assist in developing and updating maintenance procedures and protocols
