Job Description:
- Indepth knowledge about trials with concrete admixture in project sites preferably some idea about admixture formulation also.
- Establishing most economical solution with admixture for meeting customer needs.
- Support the sales team to improve wallet share of admixtures & evaluate existing and new customers every year and prepare action plan for next year.
- Handle and resolve issues of key users on technical parameters.
- Thorough market mapping in that particular geography.
- Drive admixtures business in B/C class RMC & prepare cost estimate for concrete.
- Work towards site approval of admixture in small road projects (State highways at least) tapping insite consultants & technically establishing suitable products.
- Drive admixture in developer segment & create database for it.
- Drive admixture business in paver block & AAC block manufacturing industry; including preparing cost estimate for concrete.
- Connect with local consultants/engineers to get approvals of admixtures in major projects.
- Benchmarking with widely used range of competition product by picking up their samples & maintain data on market development or changes of competitors activities.

Roles and Responsibilities : Identifying and appointing dealer for deeper market penetration and reach in depth market share. Analyze and compare sales plans with the last year base and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales. Overseeing the sale activities of products thereby achieving increased sales growth/ maximized volume and value growth in depth. Assisting the dealers in achieving the targets and providing them with training Ensuring the seeding of new product in right Channel. Ensuring the SKU range availability at key outlets Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs for brand building Ensuring profitability of dealers, in alignment with organization's policies and interest Making a territory monitoring report every month including competitor's activities. Conducting the retail audit to assess market potential, estimation of sale of competitors with a view to adopt suitable strategies for sale. Solving all the issue of dealer for making smooth business relation.
