We are looking for a role of Oracle HCM Functional professional. As an Oracle HCM Functional you will be responsible for daytoday tasks related to Oracle HCM Functional. This is a hybrid role located in Bengaluru with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Functional
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules Core HR and Performance Management
- Good understanding of HR processes and systems
- Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Role: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant Location: Bangalore/ Hybrid Experience: 3+Years Requirements Should have 3+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financials with hands on experience in Oracle R12 in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and India GST Good to have minimum one full life cycle implementation along with Support and Testing exposure. Should have a strong knowledge in Financial and Cost accounting with one or two industry domain knowledge. Have working experience on Testing, Migrations, End-user training, month/ end close process. Have experience as Functional / Production Support Analyst and involved in Functional design for GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules. Having a complete idea of the business flow among GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. Should be well versed with business process flows in Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle & Order to Cash (O2C) cycle both in terms of accounting and back-end flows. Understand Oracle Application Implementation Method (AIM) and functional specification documents BR100, MD50, TE040 Should have fluent communication in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
