Job Summary: The Odoo Project Manager will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of the EMR software. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders ensuring project milestones are met and delivering a highquality product on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop detailed project plans including scope timelines and resource allocation.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Team Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate a team of developers analysts and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance as needed.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with hospital management medical staff and IT teams to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Manage expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that the EMR software meets all functional and technical requirements.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Project Management Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience:
- Extensive experience in managing Odoo projects (5 years).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and development processes.
- Excellent project management skills including planning execution and risk management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
