Job Description

Be able to demonstrate the skills, knowledge and controls required to manage
Work with the Branch Sales Manager to deliver and grow F&I (Finance & Insurance) revenue
Adhere to SOP’S (Standard Operating Procedures) to deliver expected IPRU (Income Per Retail Unit) & KPI levels set for the Brand and Branch
Ensure all customers are second faced 100% of the time
