This is a remote position.
Procore Administration:
Perform all project administration tasks using Procore ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Generating Work Orders:
Create and manage work orders within Procore.
Ensure work orders are accurately documented and communicated to relevant parties.
Managing Variations:
Handle project variations in Procore.
Ensure variations are properly documented approved and tracked.
Uploading Plans and Schedules:
Upload and maintain project plans and schedules in Procore.
Ensure all documents are uptodate and accessible to the project team.
Compilation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals:
Compile comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals for completed projects.
Ensure manuals meet all project requirements and standards.
Invoice Compliance:
Check incoming invoices for compliance with project terms and conditions.
Verify accuracy and completeness of invoice documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteparticularly Excel.
- Strong English Language Skills written and verbal
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of other construction management software.
