Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet all Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and qualify potential suppliers.
- Research and analyze market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Manage the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and procurement regulations.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
