Customer Service Representative Concierge

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to or from customers • Greetings VIP visitors, directing them to their desired location, providing information about the properties. • The agents will be responsible for effective communication on all reservations (restaurants, hotels, private drivers and cars, any special events/exhibitions or tours) • Agents will be responsible for responding to tenant facility management. • Handle customer complaints • Follow up with customer calls • Provide monthly report • Collecting and reporting customer feedback Skills • Bachelor degree or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of similar experience in concierge • Fluent in English and Arabic • Immediate joiners
