As P&C coordinator you are involved in the whole employee life cycle and have an active role in simplify processes to ensure operational excellence. You make it easy to convey information with a people first manner and a handson approach to inquiries or requests within the HR operations domain. The role will include but not limited to:
HR Master Data administration:
HR Document creation and approval process.
Ensure timely and correct updates and data input to the companys HRIS tool and other HR systems based on incoming requests.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for auditors requests and ensure timely actions to ensure compliance. This also includes any actions related to GDPR compliance.
Compensation & Benefit Administration:
Coordinate STI and SR process for assigned entities
Support Compensation & Benefit Manager with administrative tasks in Comp & Ben processes benefits and job architecture.
Deliver reports as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
Support to Managers and Employees (via Email/Service Desk personal visits or phone) to inform and guide the organization in HRrelated processes.
You will have an important role todrive and engage initiatives and projects aiming to improve HR processes in general and the HR Service delivery in particular. This includes both the responsibility to identify and present potential improvements as well as to ensure efficient sharing of knowledge and information within the team.
