About the job:

They’re looking for a role to be filled in which an employee would listen to recorded phone calls and label them based on call outcome in Google's Local Services Ads software. The hire would ideally be going through hundreds of calls a day. It is mundane and would require a great understanding of the English language.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Listen to Recorded Calls:

Carefully listen to each phone call recording.

• Label Call Outcomes:

Accurately label the calls based on predefined categories

• Maintain Consistency:

Ensure consistent labeling across all calls.

• Meet Daily Quotas:

Aim to process and label hundreds of calls each day.

• Use Google’s Local Services Ads Software:

Utilize the specific software tools provided for call labeling.

Requirements:

• Has more than 13 years of experience
• Great understanding of the English language
• Experience using Google’s advertising tools especially Local service ads is advantageous.
