About the job:
They’re looking for a role to be filled in which an employee would listen to recorded phone calls and label them based on call outcome in Google's Local Services Ads software. The hire would ideally be going through hundreds of calls a day. It is mundane and would require a great understanding of the English language.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carefully listen to each phone call recording.
Accurately label the calls based on predefined categories
Ensure consistent labeling across all calls.
Aim to process and label hundreds of calls each day.
Utilize the specific software tools provided for call labeling.
