Job Description

Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for exceeding sales targets Were looking for a driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our clients team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced sales partner enablement and customer success and youll play a key role in driving their growth.

Location: Dublin Republic of Ireland

Work model: Hybrid at least 3 days per week at the office

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary bonus

Tasks

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team and clients goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients products and services to effectively advocate for their value proposition
  • Identify qualify and nurture potential customers within assigned territories and industries
  • Proactively prospect for leads build a pipeline of highquality opportunities and develop winning outreach strategies
  • Manage your CRM effectively tracking activities and updating records to ensure a clean pipeline
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and maintain high engagement rates
  • Leverage customer conversations to gain insights on market trends product feedback and customer needs
  • Think creatively to identify problems and propose solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office GSuite) and CRM platforms
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Excellent active listening and information synthesis abilities
  • Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Professional communication skills to conduct presentations and product demos via phone and email
  • Strong attention to detail and followthrough
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar BDR role including partnering with sales qualifying leads objection handling and customer service
