Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for exceeding sales targets Were looking for a driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our clients team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced sales partner enablement and customer success and youll play a key role in driving their growth.

Work model: Hybrid at least 3 days per week at the office

Tasks
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team and clients goals
- Develop a deep understanding of the clients products and services to effectively advocate for their value proposition
- Identify qualify and nurture potential customers within assigned territories and industries
- Proactively prospect for leads build a pipeline of highquality opportunities and develop winning outreach strategies
- Manage your CRM effectively tracking activities and updating records to ensure a clean pipeline
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and maintain high engagement rates
- Leverage customer conversations to gain insights on market trends product feedback and customer needs
- Think creatively to identify problems and propose solutions
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office GSuite) and CRM platforms
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport quickly
- Excellent active listening and information synthesis abilities
- Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Professional communication skills to conduct presentations and product demos via phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and followthrough
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar BDR role including partnering with sales qualifying leads objection handling and customer service
