Tasks
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with the support of relevant teams
- Leverage data analysis and proven processes to make informed decisions and achieve results
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and exceed sales quotas
- Champion the clients value proposition and build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Clearly articulate technical and business benefits to win new customers
- Become a trusted advisor to prospects demonstrating knowledge confidence and relevance
- Understand the competitive landscape and develop strategies to win deals
- Collaborate with leadership and clients to optimize revenuegenerating strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline through CRM tracking
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional prospecting discovery and presentation skills
- Strong sales aptitude with a solutionsoriented mindset and a passion for customer success
- Collaborative and resultsoriented with a proven track record in sales achievement
- Techsavvy with an interest in innovative technologies
- Selfreliant adaptable decisive and professional with excellent multitasking skills
- Fluent in English with additional language requirements possible
- 1 year of B2B sales experience or 2 years as an outbound SDR in SaaS/IT Services (midmarket to enterprise)
- Experience with software vendors IT services SaaS or system integrators is a plus
