Tasks
- Lead and manage a sales team
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional account management
- Collaborate with leadership and clients to optimize sales strategies
Requirements
- Native or fluent English (C1) with an additional European language a plus
- 1824 months of experience in SaaS/IT Services sales (midmarket to enterprise) or 612 months in B2B sales
- Experience with software vendors SaaS or system integrators is a strong asset
- Proven prospecting discovery and presentation skills
- Strong sales aptitude solutionoriented mindset and a passion for customer success
- Collaborative and resultsoriented with a track record of exceeding sales goals
- Techsavvy with an interest in innovative technologies
- Selfreliant adaptable and decisive with excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to advocate for the clients value proposition and articulate technical/business benefits clearly
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a compelling sales presence
