Tasks

What are your responsibilities

In the position of Commis de Cuisine you are responsible for;

• The preparation of ingredients for cooking;
• Monitoring food quality;
• Settingup and breaking down of work stations;
• Keeping kitchen areas an equipment clean.

Requirements

You enjoy working in the kitchen and are passionate about delivering excellent dishes to ensure guests experience a memorable stay. Our Restaurant Midtown Grill is the number one steakhouse in Amsterdam and you are determined to help us to improve even further.

To be eligible for this position you:

• Have graduated of culinary school;
• Preferably have experience in the kitchen of a hotel;
• Are organized and motivated to succeed as part of a team;
• Possess good command of the English language;
• Are calm and productive under pressure;
• Have a professional approach and respect for food and honest cooking.
