Job Description
- Provide immediate and effective technical assistance to clinicians to rapidly address and solve technical problems faced by clinicians, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care and clinical workflows.
- Ensure the optimal functioning of clinical information systems.to maintain and enhance the performance of clinical information systems, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and meet the needs of healthcare providers .
- Assist users in navigating clinical systems to facilitate ease of use for clinicians and staff, enhancing their ability to efficiently use clinical systems in their daily work.
- Identify and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions in patient care to address system issues proactively and reactively, ensuring that these issues do not hinder patient care processes and clinical operations.
