Brand & Marketing Lead

Job Description:
We are a dynamic and growing consultancy and recruitment company dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organisations. As we expand were looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our team as a Brand & Marketing Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in brand management marketing strategy and digital content creation in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Management:
Create engaging content for various platforms including social media blog posts and website updates.
Lead in developing and managing the content calendar to ensure timely publication.
Assist in creating event materials and promotional content.
Design graphics and marketing collateral using tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite etc.
2. Brand Development:
Assist in developing and implementing the company s brand strategy.
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and identify brand positioning opportunities.
3. Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
4. Digital Marketing:
Assist with SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
Assist with paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.
Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Your skillset:
Background in Marketing Communications Business Consulting or a related field.
German proficiency is essential (B2 and above)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram).
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite).
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Handson experience in brand and marketing strategy within a fastpaced environment.
