This role requires a strategic thinker who can work in a fastpaced environment and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
FullCycle Recruiting: Manage the endtoend recruitment process for whitecollar positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and cultural fit.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Employer Branding: Promote the company s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitive practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws and regulations.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 46 years of experience in talent acquisition specifically in whitecollar hiring.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
