Have a doctoral or equivalent qualification in Public International Law from an accredited institution,
Have achieved all of the qualifications for Associate Professor.
Have achieved a record of international distinction in the academic or creative aspects of his/her field, especially research.
Have demonstrated excellent teaching ability and shown continuing active engagement with students in and outside the classroom.
