Job Description
Job Summary
Provide technical support assistance with hardware and software related to condition monitoring systems, also supporting Project Managers in carrying out technical tasks associated with the installation and commissioning of these systems.
- Respond to helpdesk calls concerning existing systems and hardware
- Provide onsite hardware and software support and troubleshooting
- Verify proper installation of field wiring and sensor installation
- Assist with onsite system commissioning: site acceptance testing, and post start up support to client
- Travel required 30-50%, up to 75% and may include weekends
