Job Description
Lets build the future together!
In France we have 35 talented colleagues spread in France and Europe. You will have 3 sales team leads as direct reports to you but also manage the whole France team collaboration including thesales team partnership marketing....
We are looking for someone to :
- Serve as a strategic team leader who plays an active role in helping the team succeed
- Build and manage a highly motivated engaged and effective team
- Identify attract develop and retain talented people; build a positive team culture including rewards and recognition that align individuals focus with our company goals
- Create sales training for your team to build their skills; coach and mentor them strengthening the effectiveness of each associate
- Lead an effective sales management process for the team including account planning and deal realisation performance assessment followup and closing
- Lead crossfunctional teams as part of an integrated gotomarket approach
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations and regional Services teams to develop a holistic sales marketing and services strategy for the region
- Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded
- Implement the GotoMarket plan diligently ensuring its execution and thorough followup.
