Event Assistant

GoPassion is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing students to represent our company at the MicroMobility Europe event. As an Event Assistant you will play a crucial role in promoting GoPassion and helping us connect with potential clients and partners at our booth.

Tasks

• Engage Attendees: Actively engage with event attendees providing information about GoPassions services and answering questions.
• Distribute Materials: Hand out brochures business cards and other promotional materials to visitors.
• Lead Generation: Collect contact information from interested attendees and record potential leads.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from booth visitors to help us improve our offerings and event presence.

• Enthusiastic and Friendly: A positive attitude and the ability to engage with a diverse group of people.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with attendees.
• Professional Appearance: Present yourself in a professional manner aligning with

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the GoPassion team.
• Punctual and Reliable: Ensure timely arrival and presence at the booth for the entire duration of the event.
• Interest in Technology and Mobility: A basic understanding of GoPassions services and the micromobility industry is a plus.
