Job Description
- Relevant technical experience in IT support.
- Technical degree in IT, Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Relevant certifications in IT support, networking, or related areas (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage support requests from different technical domains.
- Occasional travel to other locations for support purposes may be required.
- Proven experience in IT support, specifically with Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues with peripheral devices.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with common IT tools and software for remote support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in documenting support requests and resolutions.
