Job Title: IT Project Manager- Scrum Master

Job Purpose:

The Scrum Master role is to lead, oversee, execute, and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a related area such as Computer Science or Information Technology related field

Project Management qualifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) administered by Scrum.org, Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) administered by the Scrum Alliance

Years & Nature of Experience:

2-3 years direct work experience in “Banking Application implementation” scrum master capacity, including all aspects of agile process.

Experience in managing technical and business projects.

Experience with managing Agile Projects, with executing transformation from waterfall to Agile
