UX Product Design Lead

Duration: 12 months

Salary: Depending on experience

Hybrid: 3 days from office

Banking project

Handson experience in creating UX for frontend applications including user journeys & UI screen designs

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for frontend applications from concept to delivery ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into engaging designs

Create wireframes prototypes and mockups using industrystandard tools such as Figma Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and advocate for their implementation within the organization

Mentor and guide junior designers fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field

5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite

Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders

Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
