Role: Quantitative Analyst

• Develop and refine complex algorithms and models that underpin our market making strategies.
• Analyze vast datasets to identify market trends and leverage these insights to enhance strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with both the technology and trading teams to ensure seamless strategy implementation.
• Continuously research and implement the latest mathematical and financial theories to stay ahead of market dynamics.
• Ensure the robustness and scalability of trading strategies while maintaining alignment with our strategic goals.

Who Were Looking For:

• Masters degree required preferably a PhD in Finance Mathematics Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven expertise in quantitative analysis financial modeling and algorithmic trading.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a trading firm or financial institution is a huge plus.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python R or MATLAB.
• Ability to transform complex quantitative data into actionable trading strategies.
• Detailoriented adaptable individuals who excel under tight deadlines and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
