Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand and manage the Permit To Work (PTW) system on site.
- Ensure the system is understood and followed by all participants.
- Understand and manage the Lock-Out/ Tag-Out (LOTO) system on site.
- Ensure the system is understood and followed by all participants.
- Train and support the project team in PTW, LOTO, and other related documents. Conduct training presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- Provide and maintain a spreadsheet of daily permits that are Live, Suspended, and newly Proposed.
- Receive and review submitted Work Permits. Ensure all documentation is complete, including required attachments such as isolation certificates and JSAs.
- Receive and review submitted LOTO Isolation Certificates.
- Ensure all documentation is complete.
