Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
IP Portfolio Management:
Creating and managing Work Files whenever an instruction is received from the IP office/internal stakeholder/law firms at offline and online storage medium
Further managing timelines defined in these work files and following up with the internal and external teams to get the activity executed in timely manner
Docketing official IP (Patent Trademark Copyright Industrial Design) files whenever an application or request is filed with Indian Intellectual Property Office PCT or Foreign Intellectual Property Offices.
IP Filing:
Creating forms and formalities on Efiling Portals of the Indian IP Office and PCT.
IP Finance Management:
All financial activities should be managed and maintained without any discrepancy
Communicating and coordinating with inventors vendors and external attorneys/consultants to assign the activity ensuring completion of activities recording related invoices and timely remittance against invoices for respective hired IP services.
Ensuring all the formal requirements related each IPR are completed and recorded correctly at the respective IP Official portals and inhouse database management tool Following up with the all stakeholders to meet deadlines as per IP Office norms.
Communicating (calling/writing) to the IP Officials/external attorneys/consultants to get clarity on IP activity required to be executed and maintaining/correcting records accordingly.
Coordinate the activities related to Innovation meet and World IP Day event planned annually
