Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Outreach: Utilize a combination of cold email LinkedIn and other tools to identify and engage potential prospects and candidates.
- Campaign Development: Develop and execute tailored outreach campaigns including building lists enriching data and testing and iterating on email copy for maximum impact.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects and candidates through personalized communication and followup.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM or other system of record ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize outreach strategies documenting successful playbooks templates and processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional support to prospects and candidates addressing inquiries and building FAQ playbooks to streamline communication.
