Discover the role

Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk exemplifying professionalism and hospitality to manage various administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Management tasks as of collecting visitor details as required handling incoming calls driver coordination delivery and supplier management general office administration organize and manage contractors for office maintenance;
  • Collaborate with team members to support office operations effectively;
  • Ensure the office environment is wellmaintained organized and functional;
  • Generate monthly reports;
  • Arrange appointments and manage bookings for special events;
  • Engage with different departments within TMF Group for projectbased work.


Key requirements:

  • 1 year experience in an office administration role or similar;
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Competent with MS Office suite and familiar with modern office technologies;
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a frontend office environment;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
