We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Female Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the daytoday operations of our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate logistics for projects and events.
- Support inventory management and procurement processes.
- Prepare documentation and reports for internal use.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation.
- Provide general support to the operations team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
SKILLS:
- Effective communication and coordination among staff involved in daily operations.
- Bachelors degree in business administration management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations
- Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are equally important.
- Ability to work under pressure along with ability to make fast decisions.
- Problem solving skills.
- Following up on tasks with the concerned person and reporting to the Operations Manager on a daily basis
- Taking responsibility for task completions. Meaning that work cannot be delayed due to outside factors and following up is key.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: KD300.000 per month
