The Marketing Specialist will support the Sales and Marketing Manager in executing effective marketing strategies marketing campaigns and ensuring smooth daily operations within the marketing department. He/She will play a key role in coordinating marketing initiatives executing marketing plans and providing insights to enhance marketing performance and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research surveys and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee content creation for marketing materials social media and the company website.
- Organize and oversee company events exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Assist in managing SEO lead generation and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance data market research and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Handles other marketing tasks assigned by Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles market research and campaign management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO and social media.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and basic graphic design skills.
