Could you be the fulltime Maintenance Technical Support Engineerr in Riyadh SA were looking for



Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and detailoriented expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dedicated collaborative and innovative teammates. Youll contribute to the enhancement of product excellence and customer satisfaction in your role as a Maintenance Technical Support Engineer. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (Services Platform Bid Managers Project Managers Depot Managers) ensure compliance with quality and railway safety standards and much more.

Well look to you for:

  • Supply engineering resource/skills to support tenders and projects.

  • Collaborates with Services Engineering and Platforms to improve the Services portfolio of products and services.

  • Participates actively in the Services Engineering network.

  • Assures the technical support to the projects.

  • Optimises the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.

  • Supports cost reduction actions with sourcing and industrial.

  • Detects defines and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.

  • Proposes innovative solutions and develops and implements R&D programs and new technologies in the maintenance projects.

  • Analyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes promoting action plans to improve them.

  • Propose actions to optimise Maintenance plans and LCC.

  • Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot support).

  • Promotes the use of latest maintenance technics and R&D developments (CBM RCM Lean).

  • Participates in the REX process.

  • Analyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimise the maintenance requirements tasks and intervals.

  • Analyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).

  • Manages interface with other Product Lines Metiers.

  • Improve Services Engineering tools & processes

  • 13 years of experience in Railways system/Application engineering.

  • Knowledge of rolling stock equipment.

  • Knowledge of rolling stock maintenance.

  • Working knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
