Project Manager

Rate: 425 per day Outside IR35

SPG Resourcing has partnered with a leading Healthcare trust supporting them with hiring a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities required to support a regional genomics initiative.

Project Deliverables:

• Work closely with regional team to develop a solid understanding of the regional project.
  
• Create Leeds-specific project artefacts, e.g. highlight report, designs and plans.
  
• Facilitate involvement of other Leeds colleagues in the project such as data comms, service management and technical services.
  
• Progress the Leeds aspect of the project through the defined project management methodology.
  
• Be the link between the regional and local Leeds teams.
  
• Attend local and regional meetings to provide updates on work completed in Leeds and any delays or issues.
  

Requirements

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Has experience of managing projects in a structured environment using a standard methodology.
  
• Has experience of delivering projects which deliver digital systems.
  
• Has experience of working in a regional or multi-organisation role.
  
• Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to translate between IT, clinical and scientific stakeholders.
  
• Has an eye for detail and strong document management skills with the ability to create high quality project artefacts.
  
• Can act as the lead specialist in both the project management and change management arena.
