Job Description
- Handle clearance activities within internal and external Clearance Teams, to ensure the product's availability on due time.
- Organize and ensure the right import/export documents are available for a smooth clearance process in due time.
- Manage documents upload /download & work with customs Nafeza & Cargo-x platforms.
- Manage open LCs and IDCs in several banks, ensuring the lead time and proper document accuracy.
- Handle the clearance process and release the cargo without extra cost or extra demurrage.
- Monitor the shipments and conduct the proper follow-up using available tools such as Excel or SAP system.
