Initial 3 6 months contract with Achieve Together, Saracens Head
This role is offering 12.69 P/Hr (UMB)
Job Summary:
Achieve Together are currently looking for a number of support workers to carry out a FTC. The shifts will be given out on day one of the placements for 3 months - 6 Months.
Key Duties/Accountabilities:
To be personally accountable for the standard of your practice.
To report concerns and important matters to line management in a timely manner.
Take personal responsibility for your own learning and attend all relevant training/development provided and take responsibility for putting your learning into practice daily.
To support all individuals in line with operational requirements.
Act as a key worker to people we support ensuring the consistent
Essential Experience Required:
Experience within a vulnerable environment
Working within our deaf services, BSL Level 1 qualification - desirable
This role will require a satisfactory enhanced DBS check
Essential Qualifications Required:
Care Certificate to be completed within first 6-months in post
Level 2 in Adult Care or equivalent desirable
