Overview:
As a Lead Database Administrator youll play a critical role in managing and optimizing databases within the healthcare domain. Your expertise will be essential for maintaining data integrity ensuring performance and supporting critical applications.
Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Oversee the creation maintenance upgrade patching tuning backup and recovery of various MS SQL Databases.
- Capacity Planning: Plan and manage the capacity of database management systems.
- Standards and Procedures: Define and enforce standards and procedures related to database management systems.
- Performance Tuning and Optimization: work with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Database Strategy: Lead efforts to define database strategy architecture standards and procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot database issues and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Application Support: Support application development projects by establishing databaserelated standards and procedures.
