Experience in perform indepth analysis of load tests both in realtime test execution and in postrun review to determine test validity triage rootcause of any failures report on any performance issues or defects

Experience in identifying any performance issues or defects and providing recommendations on corrective actions

Experience with clientserver and/or web application architecture SOA and Middleware technologies
