Job Description
Bilingual System Administrator Remote
We are seeking a Bilingual System Administrator for our client to work remotely. This pivotal role involves supporting technical and software infrastructure while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced technical skills strong analytical abilities and an aptitude for providing tailored solutions to customer needs.

12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
Identify needs and recommend solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Contribute to technical project evaluations.
Gather data from clients.
Create integration diagrams using Cacoo/Visio software.
Review and analyze data.
Determine client needs based on data analysis.
Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to clients (technical specifications).
Prepare Proof of Concept (PoC).
Complete implementation processes.
Perform quality control (minor QA) at each project phase.
Integrate different software (programming).
Install upgrades and maintain services.
Configure prepare and install various solutions for clients (Level 2).
Understand and manage various environments (Windows Server/ Windows 8 10 / Mac OS / AD / DNS).
Master tools for setting up prerequisites (SQL Database Management Studio Connector ODBC Reporting PowerBi Vbscript Regex).
Maintain certifications and knowledge of products sold by the team (MFiles IRIS Nuance Ecopy Sharescan NtWare Uniflow).
Prepare and conduct software demonstrations.
Train users.
Act as a resource person for clients.
Provide support and training for installed solutions (phone calls emails client contacts).
Mentorship.
Ticket support distribution.
Training for junior integrators.
Provide input for evaluating the performance of junior integrators.
Continuous training.
Any other related tasks.
What you will need to succeed:
DEC in computer science.
3 to 5 years of experience in system and network administration.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Knowledge of MFiles solutions or similar.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008RR2 2016 & Windows 7 & 10.
Creativity and perseverance.
Ability to make quick diagnoses.
SQL Server / SQL Management / Script / ODBC Management.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of Ecopy ShareScan / NSI Autostore solutions.
Development and maintenance of administration scripts (VBS & PowerShell).
Analytical mindset.
Mastery of web services (an asset).
Technical knowledge: TCP/IP LAN/WAN VLAN WIFI DHCP DNS SMB FTP Terminal Server Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Office Suite & Office 365 and HyperV.
