Job Description
Job Description: Head of Dailer
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing dailer performance
- Lead and manage a team of dailer specialists
- Monitor and analyze dailer metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with WFM team to forecast and plan dailer activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in dailer operations
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience working with dailer systems
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in dailer senior management
- Experience in workforce management (WFM)
- Experience in the BPO Call Centre industry
