Location: Pewaukee WI (Hybrid)

Locals only

Travel Requirements: Travel up to Chicago Michigan. WI & MN (Expenses will be reimbursed)

8 am to 4 pm CST Monday through Friday or as applicable to the project teams
Description:
The Program Manager will work with client network telecommunication infrastructure leadership PMO/PCO and client financial staff. The Program Manager will lead portfolio schedules coordinate resources manage issues budget/invoice handling hold stakeholder coordination meetings and minutes and compliance with PMO/PCO governance.

This position will also work collaboratively with vendor companies support agreement negotiations and other telecommunicationsrelated agreements. Licensing agreements and oversee funding support for special telecommunicationsrelated projects that support client business needs.


Job Duties
Roles report to the Project Control Office.
o Development and Management of project Delivery and Cost schedules for 110 projects
o Regular interval progress reporting Progress reporting with team members stakeholders and clients.
o Negotiating schedules and resolving late delivery issues
o Creation of time cards
o Job Site Safety Enforcement
o Coordinates project meetings reviews status/escalate issues for corrective action.
o Identification of Issues and Risks on projects escalate as appropriate
o Submission of PO Reqs and confirmation of delivery for invoicing purposes.
o Escalation of issues to PCO
o Responsible for Internal Coordination of
o Change management (IT CAB) when needed
o Verification of Alignment
o Network infrastructure installation schedules and resources
o Site turn up of equipment and Acceptance testing.
o Coordination/Monitoring with 3rd Party Vendors (Reporting to PCO status)
o Identification of Permitting needs using internal and external resources

Minimum Qualifications:
o Microsoft Project/PWA
o Budget forecast and accruals
o 3rd vendor management
o Contract bidding and negotiations
o Experience managing project financials actuals invoice reconciliation identifying variances
o Project Management Principles
o Construction Purchasing
o Construction standards and designs
o Network Infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate must exhibit the following:
o 5 years in the following:
o Microsoft Project
o Budget forecast and accruals
o 3rd party vendor management
o Contract bidding and negotiations
o Project Management Principles
o Construction Purchasing
o Construction standards and designs
o Additional qualifications:
o Facilities and floor plan schematic reading
o Order and installation of radio Network Antenna & Line equipment

Responsibilities

  • Should Handle the entire project portfolio within the infrastructure
  • Responsibility in financial forecasting project outlooks project closure
  • Looking for PCO type of program manager
  • Experienced in documentation project folders and WBS for the financial aspect
  • PCO will also be working with financial leaders.
  • Experienced in Construction Program Management
  • Infrastructure Telecom & Construction
  • Microsoft project waterfall oriented
  • Radio Network Antenna & Line equipment radio microwave systems towers routers data center.

Preferred:
PMP Certification

MustHave:

  • Strong PM skillset
  • IT Network Infrastructure
  • Telecom Infrastructure
  • Microsoft Project
  • Financial aspects forecasting Budgeting Accruals project outlooks project closure
  • Construction projects Construction PM leases real estate local permits.
  • PMP certified (Strongly Preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Project work with facility floorplans elevation walls basic electrical exp/knowledge.
  • lifecycle of equipment (Infrastructure) firewall switches cabling fiber capacity.
  • Familiarity in WiFi
  • Knowledge in architectural design.
  • Knowledge of Radiofrequency
