Nexter Recruitment is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Nursery Partnership Coordinator to join our growing team. In this parttime role (20 hours per week) you will play a vital role in expanding our network of nursery clients across West Yorkshire.
Key duties:
- Make outbound calls to nursery managers and owners to introduce Nexter Recruitments recruitment services.
- Schedule sales meetings for the Director or secure new accounts directly.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Send introductory emails to potential clients and follow up.
- Utilize our recruitment booking system to manage appointments and placements (training provided).
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
An understanding of the nursery and childcare sector is preferred but not essential.
Previous recruitment sales experience is preferred but not essential.Experience in building relationships and exceeding targets in a B2B or similar environment (a plus).
Experience using a CRM system (a plus).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive selfmotivated and a team player with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using a computer and comfortable with various software applications.
Excellent verbal and written English is essential.
Able to commute to Leeds city centre office is at Kirkgate Market
