Our client a wellestablished property consultancy firm in NorthWest London is seeking a highly motivated and organised Residential Property Manager to join their growing team due to continued success.

About the Role:

In this exciting role you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of residential properties ensuring their smooth operation and maintaining positive relationships with landlords tenants and contractors. Youll be the goto person for all propertyrelated matters handling inquiries managing issues and keeping all stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties ensuring efficient daytoday operations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and prepare comprehensive inspection reports.
• Resolve tenant and landlord queries and effectively manage propertyrelated issues.
• Prepare and maintain service charge budgets.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in property management (Block Management experience highly desirable but not essential).
• A valid UK driving license.
• Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong IT literacy and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to take ownership of a property portfolio and manage it autonomously.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Experience coordinating with various parties and reporting to senior management.
