Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for an Outbound Business Development Representative to join our clients team in Dublin. Our client is aleader in outsourced inside sales outsourced partner enablement and outsourced customer success team

Position:Inbound Outbound Business Development Representative

Location: Dublin Republic ofIreland

Work model: Hybrid at least 3 days per week at the office

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adherence to daily weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Achieve individual targets and contribute to the team and clients overall goals
  • Learn quickly and maintain a current comprehensive knowledge of clients products andservices
  • Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of the clients value proposition and assessing mutual fit
  • Champion success stories and share them with targeted companies in interesting industries andterritories.
  • Identification growth and nurture a set book of net new customers for the client
  • Selfprospecting leads and building a pipeline of highintent leads and accounts and potentialopportunities
  • Proactively create winning outreach strategies focused on market trends pain points andsolutions
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by tracking activities and updating records in a CRM
  • Set appointments for sales teams according to specified qualification standards and maintainhigh engagement and conversion rates
  • Provide actionable insights to market trends product feedback customer insights andlearnings based on customer conversations.
  • Proactively look for problems that can be solved creatively and present recommended solutions

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BA Degree/ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
    • Proficient in basic computer skills Microsoft Office GSuite and general sales tools such asCRMs.
    • Fluent English Speaker plus additional native language requirements as needed
    • High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call with strong soft skillsto drive impact on the spot
    • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
    • Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and workunder pressure
    • Ability to professionally communicate and conduct presentations and product demosthrough both phone and email
    • Strong attention to detail and followthrough
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role including elements of partnering with salesqualifying new business opportunities objection handling and customer service skills.
