Creative Design Specialist

About the Role

We are searching for a talented and passionate Creative Design Specialist to join our team! As a key member of the Marketing Department team you will play a vital role in crafting visually compelling and impactful designs that elevate our brand identity and marketing materials. You will work closely with the design headquarters in Europe aligning European visual guides with national ones and adapting them when necessary. It is also necessary to share a portfolio as a document or link along with the CV.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design solutions for a variety of marketing materials including print digital and social media. Following the BYD European headquarters guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Product etc.) to understand project goals and brand guidelines.
• Translate complex information into clear and visually appealing layouts.
• Utilize design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) to create highquality graphics illustrations and other visual elements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Stay uptodate on design trends and best practices.
• Assist with the creation of presentations and other visual content.
• May contribute to the development of new design templates and style guides at local level.

Your profile:

• 5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and effective design solutions.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Spanish native language level and proficiency level of English.
• Highly motivated and result driven.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
