Job Description
- Cost Estimation and Financial Analysis:
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project feasibility and profitability.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze and review financial reports to track project performance.
- Contract Management:
Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Assess and manage contractual risks, including change orders, claims, and disputes.
Ensure timely submission of contractual deliverables and documentation.
