Your primary responsibility will involve crafting decisionmaking tools and bolstering operational efficiencies across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mathematical Modeling: Design and deploy intricate mathematical models and algorithms to tackle complex operational challenges.
- Multiobjective Optimization: Navigate supply chain complexities by adeptly balancing multiple competing objectives factoring in cost service levels and sustainability.
- Metaheuristics Algorithms: Showcase proficiency in devising and executing metaheuristics algorithms like genetic algorithms simulated annealing tabu search and particle swarm optimization to tackle intricate supply chain optimization puzzles.
- Supply Chain Modeling: Demonstrate expertise in sculpting supply chain networks encompassing inventory management demand projection production scheduling and logistics employing mathematical and optimization paradigms.
- Domain Knowledge: Possess a profound comprehension of industryspecific supply chain hurdles and best practices particularly within the retail landscape.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Exhibit strong collaborative aptitude to liaise effectively with supply chain logistics procurement and operations teams in implementing optimization solutions.
- Optimization Software: Utilize specialized optimization software tools such as Gurobi CPLEX Google ORTools Pyomo PuLP and Lingo to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Model Validation: Employ rigorous validation techniques to refine models ensuring their accuracy and reliability in realworld scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Masters or Ph.D. degree in Operations Research Industrial Engineering Mathematics or a related field
