Role Title: Administrative Business Partner
Duration: 7 months
Work Location: SF CA Hybrid (T and TH 3rd day is flexible)
Work Schedule: Normal PT business hours Monday Friday
Overall Responsibilities: As an Administrative Business Partner with the client you are the heart of the teams operation and culture. You work closely with the Partners you support managing their administrative needs so that they can focus on investing. You will utilize sound business judgment and organizational skills to juggle competing priorities and execute in a precise and timely manner.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Core ABP duties calendaring / expense management / travel management
Vendor management contracting & purchase order processing
Office management stocking supplies order lunches for team lunches liaise with REWS to troubleshoot issues

MandatoryRequirements: A selfstarter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them. Strong communication skills. Strong business judgment professional etiquette and organizational analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a highpaced environment.
DesiredExperience with Google Vendor/Supplier Management I.E. contracts purchase orders etc.
