We are seeking a proactive and clientoriented Client Partner to act as a champion for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service resolving client issues and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience through various stages of engagement.
This is a hybrid position and will be based out of the Dallas Texas. After the first month the position will be majority remote (if desired). Our training program will provide knowledge and expertise in health benefits terminology our cost containment services and the industry at large. In addition CareGuide values its employees and offers a generous benefits package and a starting salary range of $65000$75000 and will be based on experience.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong longlasting relationship with clients to enhance loyalty and retention
Act as the primary contact for all client needs including inquires and conflict resolution
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments such as Sales Operations and Finance to ensure smooth transactions and continuous service
Maintain records of sales operations client interactions and forecasts in our CRM system
Analyze utilization and sales data and performance metrics to gauge progress towards targets and opportunities for improvement
Regularly engage with clients to ensure they are fully utilizing CGA services
Act as a loop closer by monitoring and pushing the completion of tasks necessary to maintain client relationships.
Address and resolve problems efficiently ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
Coordinate specific departmental tasks including sending invoices ensuring timely payments receiving claim files obtaining signed documents and closing cases
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
23 years of proven experience in account or client management preferably in a B2B or healthcare setting
Comfort and familiarity with CRM platforms (CareGuide uses Zoho) and Microsoft Word products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships
Knowledge of customer service practices and commitment to exceptional client support
Capability to conduct difficult conversations and set boundaries with clients effectively
