For our client we are looking for an Agile Coach Principal.
Our client is going through an agile and product transformation and are looking for an experienced agile coach that will work with the organization product managers and product owners. The client is looking for a very senior agile coach whose main focus has been within agile coaching during his or her career. The consultant also has to have knowledge and experience from working with product management. The consultant has to have experience from managing senior management teams.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully implementing agile methodologies across diverse work cultures and environments.
- Experience working with product management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills capable of driving change across teams and leadership through effective relationship building.
- Proficiency in designing and conducting both inperson and virtual training sessions and workshops.
- Ability to work in all levels of the organization in product teams as well as leadership teams.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement.
- IT experience and knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies are advantageous.
Our client uses a hybrid work model which means the office is the primary work location but if business needs permit they can work remotely (in Sweden) 12 days per week.
